苄基/烯丙基是有机合成中非常重要的两类保护基,其脱除方法也多种多样,钯催化的氢解反应就是最常用的方法。对于我们做化学的伙伴们来说,NaH一定不会陌生,其是非常实用的强碱类试剂。然而,除此之外,NaH也是一类还原剂,它的还原性质同样吸引了化学家们的眼球(图1)。

最近(2018年3月5号)来自苏州大学的Zhang团队在ACS(美国化学会)旗下的高分期刊ACS Catal.上发表了Pd(OAc)2催化的,NaH参与的醚和酯的脱苄基/烯丙基反应,反应非常高效(图2)。

该反应体系底物普适性非产广,各种官能团都能得到有效的包容性(图3和图4)。
